Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It suggests the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Many only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Many people prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is available for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That will be a good addition once it is live.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your all-in cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not something most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

The speed is where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.

Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms at this price point offer execution like this.

Safety

Here is the part that matters. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. It should be part of how you think about it.

What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off is worth it is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You deposit, they add bonus funds. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before funding.
